Mr. Peter Berry, President and Chief Executive Officer
30 years executive experience in cryogenic equipment with Union Carbide, BOC Group and MVE. International business start up, turnaround, sales/marketing and operations background domestic and international experience in manufacturing and service based industries.

Ms. Dee Kelly, CFO
20+ years in private and pubic accounting with financial experience in manufacturing based companies with both domestic and international operations.

Mr. Len Suelter, VP Engineering
Over 25 years in the Cryogenic Equipment industry and formerly manager of engineering for Union Carbide’s Cryogenic businesses.

Mr. Ken Carlson, VP Sales & Marketing
20+ years experience in sales, marketing and senior management positions for medical device and biotechnology companies. Former positions have included Director Marketing at Orthopedic Systems Inc., VP Sales and Marketing at Zimmer Inc., and Vice President Sales at Titan Scan Corporation. Mr.. Carlson holds a BS from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Gary C. Cannon Director, Corporate Counsel and Secretary
Has wide-ranging corporate practice experience with both private and publicly held companies, acting in the capacity of general legal counsel (both in house and outside) for many of these entities. His experience includes venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions (including reverse mergers), licensing transactions, and related matters involving technology, real estate development. He also has experience with the formation of legal entities for development projects including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, and trusts (including land trusts) and has advised on all issues of compliance with the Acts of 1933 and 1934, Sarbanes Oxley Act and Blue Sky laws.

Adam Michelin, Director and Audit Committee Chair

Adam Michelin is currently Principal and CEO of the Enterprise Group with over thirty years of experience in the areas of executive leadership, operations, startups, and turnarounds involving implementing solutions for companies in operational and financial crisis. He has served as CEO, COO and his experience and expertise cut across a wide range of industry sectors, including healthcare, technology, retail, light manufacturing, professional services and marketing/distribution. His clients have ranged from industry leaders such as NME and JC Penny to a broad mix of companies generating revenues of $5 million to $3.5 billion. Mr. Michelin received his Juris Doctorate from UWLA, MBA work at New York University, and his Bachelor of Science from Tri State University.


Thomas S. Fischer, PhD, Vice Chairman, Compensation and Governance Committee Chair

Has 30 years experience as a healthcare executive with a special emphasis on using information, analytic tools and technology to solve
problems and improve operations.  Currently retired, he consults in the healthcare sector.  Dr. Fischer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Blue Shield of California from 1997 to 1999, and as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer from 1994 to 1997.  Prior to Blue Shield, he held senior management positions with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. for 12 years.  Dr. Fischer obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska and his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Portland State University.

Stephen L. Scott, Director
Is a management and organizational consultant with over 20 years experience with diverse manufacturing businesses, including a specific background with development stage companies.  Since 1996, Mr. Scott has been President of Technology Acquisition Group, providing expertise in corporate growth planning, strategic partner development, finance, operations, team building, product opportunity identification, corporate re-engineering and mergers and acquisitions.  In addition to early stage and small companies, he has performed projects with Fortune 1000 firms such as IBM, GE, AT&T, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Warner-Lambert, Johnson & Johnson and Ayerst-Wyeth.  Mr. Scott received his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degrees from National University and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron.

Is currently the CEO of Dorma Industries North America - has a broad business, strategic and development background in manufacturing based industries. He was a past Vice President and Division President at Black and Decker, Ingersoll Rand, and CEO of Protection Systems Inc. 

Steve Puente
Director of Human Resources and member of the Compensation and Governance Committee with an extensive HR corporate background. He was a past Corporate Vice President of HR for Kraft Foods, General Foods, and Quaker State Corporate.

David Werner
Currently a partner and owner of Aerofit – formerly with Peat Marwick with extensive experience in public and privately held companies. He was a Vice President of Finance at Lear Sigler and Senior Vice President and board member at Kanar Industries, before becoming CFO of Dayrunner.
