CryoPort Completes Form10SB Filing and Applies for NASDAQ
BREA, CA – December 19, 2005 – CryoPort, Inc. (OTC: CYRX) announced today that it has completed the registration of its stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Form 10SB. Additionally, the Company has made its application to be listed on the NASDAQ Capital Markets Exchange.
CryoPort filed its initial Form 10SB in October and received comments from the SEC in late November. This latest filing addresses the Commission’s comments and company filings are fully edgarized. CryoPort’s CEO Peter Berry commented on the filings, “Having become a public company earlier this year, we have been working diligently on a number of priorities. These priorities included completing the development of an effective one-time use cryogenic shipper to support the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, filing all of the necessary documentation to become a fully reporting company, and listing our stock on a higher exchange. I am pleased to announce that our efforts over these last 9 months have now resulted in our successfully accomplishing two of these primary objectives and we await review of our NASDAQ application for full listing on the NASDAQ Capital Markets Exchange.” He concluded with, “I look forward to the coming year and believe that it will be one of historical significance in the lifecycle of CryoPort.”
