Racking / Payload Holding Systems
At Cryoport Systems, we’ve designed various racking and payload holding solutions to complement our shipping systems and securely transport your commodities based on your requirements. Our customized accessories can be designed, developed, and managed to support your unique packaging, packout, and immobilization needs. All our racking and payload holding systems are cleaned and sanitized between shipments and follow our industry-leading standards.
Packaging
Our packaging solutions include our Safepak® and Safepak® XL line of bags that provide liquid absorption and leak-proof features to meet hazardous transport best practices. We’re also proud to offer other innovative packaging options such as our Cryostrap®. This accessory secures multiple cryovial boxes or blood cassettes before loading them into a Safepak® bag.
Labels
Our labels can be included in your shipments to indicate the category of the product or shipment. Categories include: Hazardous Materials, Exempt Human Specimen, DO NOT XRAY, UN3245, and “Empty Shipper” to facilitate swift domestic and international transit regulations.
Security
We offer security and tamper-evident seals as well as serialized and non-serialized zip ties for all our shipping systems. This prevents unwanted payload and shipper access from non-authorized personnel by clearly showing if the seal and/or zip tie has been broken or cut.
Condition Monitoring
Our condition monitoring system is integrated into all our shipping systems. They capture relevant and timely parameters around payload and shipper integrity, physical handling, and orientation as well as external conditions.
