By shifting to digital instructions accessed via QR codes, we’re delivering a more sustainable process. Eliminating printed documents reduces paper waste and aligns with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. It also ensures always-current instructions, as each QR code links directly to the most current product-specific instructions, ensuring procedural accuracy for every shipment.
Digital landing pages, accessible via any mobile device or computer, offer product-specific instructions, downloadable PDFs, and step-by-step instructional videos (where available). Each Cryoport Systems product will feature a QR code on its shipping envelope. Scanning the code with a smartphone or compatible device will instantly route users to the correct instruction landing page with no login required and no paper to manage.
