Building the Foundation: Our New Global Supply Chain Center in Santa Ana, California

End-to-end supply chain execution is a competitive advantage. Speed, reliability, and adaptability define how businesses deliver for customers. That’s why we’ve invested in a consolidated 86,500squarefoot Global Supply Chain Center (GSCC) in Santa Ana, California, a strategic step forward in strengthening the backbone of our global operations.

And while this facility represents meaningful progress, it’s important to be clear that this is just the beginning.

As global supply chains continue to evolve, resilience has become just as important as speed. This new GSCC allows us to improve upon our existing logistics presence in the southwest region and consolidate into a single facility that will ultimately house our IntegriCell® cryopreservation services, BioServices and biostorage, consulting and product development under one roof.  It will also bring together our talented team on one site to collaborate more effectively.

We’ve long recognized Santa Ana is uniquely positioned to support modern logistics and supply chain demands.  With proximity to transportation corridors and a highly skilled workforce, we serve customers across critical regions with greater scale and flexibility.

In short, it enables us to meet today’s expectations while preparing for tomorrow’s demands.

Phase 1: Logistics at the Core

When the Santa Ana center goes live in August, it will begin operations with a clear focus on logistics execution.  The rollout of the facility is not unlike the journey of Cryoport Systems, which was built upon a strong foundation as a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics.

This first phase will serve as a logistics center for receiving and distribution, order processing, material flow optimization, and regional and global shipment coordination.

Logistics is the foundation of every strong supply chain and it’s the foundation of Cryoport Systems. Getting that foundation right matters. From facility layout to process design, every element has been built with efficiency, scalability, and reliability in mind.

Designed for What Comes Next

While logistics is the starting point, it is not the end goal.

The Santa Ana Global Supply Chain Center has been intentionally designed as a platform for growth, one that can evolve alongside our business and the needs of our customers. Its 86,500squarefoot footprint gives us the space and flexibility to expand capabilities over time, adding new functions as requirements evolve.

This phased approach allows us to move quickly to bring immediate value online while building toward a broader vision for the future.

The Start of Something Bigger

Construction is nearly complete, and with each week, the site continues to take shape. What began as a blueprint is becoming a critical piece of our global infrastructure and one that will support the flow of temperature-sensitive materials across our network.

We’ll be sharing regular updates as we move closer to launch, offering a behindthescenes look at how this facility is coming together and what it will enable.

Every strong network begins with a solid foundation, and for us, that foundation is logistics executed with precision and designed to scale. The Santa Ana Global Supply Chain Center is a reflection of that commitment and an important step forward in how we Enable the Outcome for our customers around the world.

As we look ahead to launch, we’re excited not just about what this facility will deliver on day one, but what it makes possible in the years to come.

This is where it starts.
