Cryoport Systems’ Pont-du-Château facility, located in central France, is a regulatory-forward BioServices center purpose-built to support the complex requirements of advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) clinical trials and commercial programs. This 11,195-square-foot site offers an integrated platform for GMP-compliant drug packaging, labeling, storage, and distribution, tailored to cell therapy, gene therapy, biologics, and other temperature-sensitive biotherapeutics.
Formerly operating as Cell&Co, the site has been strategically expanded to accommodate growing demand for scalable kitting, clinical distribution, and Qualified Person (QP) services, including importation and QP release for EU-based therapy delivery. With its combination of BioServices, GMP biostorage, and regulatory alignment, Pont-du-Château enables sponsors, CROs, and CDMOs to simplify their supply chains and accelerate timelines without compromising quality or compliance.

As part of our multi-site France network, Pont-du-Château works in close coordination with our Clermont-Ferrand location, enabling a split-function model that maximizes operational efficiency. While Clermont-Ferrand focuses on pre-analytical sample processing and long-term biostorage, Pont-du-Château is engineered for regulated product handling, rapid deployment, and clinical readiness.
